The bracelet itself is good looking, and it does reduce pain in my wrist. It does not eliminate the pain, but each person will yield different results. The main issue is the clasp. Unfortunately the wrist I need to wear it on is on my dominate wrist, which means having to clasp and unclasp it using my non-dominate hand. This may not be an issue for some people, but I find it difficult to put on and take off for that reason. I especially have difficulty taking it off.

Very good magnetic power. Difficult to remove a link from bracelet. Tool provided broke and I am not able to use the bracelet. Very disappointed.

This bracelet has seemed to work for me. It has not cured my carpal tunnel but it has minimized the pain to tolerable. I do think it only lasts for so long tho which is why only 4 stars. I bought mine a few months back and feel I may be due for a new one so that bums me out but overall it works.
