What is the normal shipping time?
The shipping time is approximately 7 to 15 business days. Most orders will arrive well within the advertised timeframe. The timeframe is an estimation and NOT a promise or a commitment. Occassionally, there may be slight delay due to variation of postal service in different regions, customs inspections, public holidays, weather etc. These are beyond our control.
Will I receive a tracking number?
You bet! The tracking number will be sent to the email you provided as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking system to update new shipments.

What’s the return policy?

If you aren’t, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund (return shipping is paid by customer) as long as the following conditions are met:
1) You are still within the first 7 days of your order being received.
2) Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, ect)
Please contact us if you’d like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund once we receive the item back. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process.
