I’m not a girl that likes to wear jewelry but this is comfortable and pretty. Even fell asleep with it on the other night! Love this! I don’t normally wear a lot of mostly white colored things, but I love the contrast between the howlite and the lava stone. I also wasn’t sure about how it would fit; the last diffuser bracelet I purchased was adjustable, but this fits beautifully and isn’t too tight!

After much humming and hawing and several weeks of reading reviews, I finally purchased the serenity bracelet and sweet dreams essential oil. Upon arrival, I was pleased with the bracelet and excited for what i was hoping for was my first night of a great sleep after using the sweet dreams. That being said, I found that the oil did not work in the least bit! I still tossed and turned all night and had a very restless sleep. No complaints on the bracelet but the oil itself was a very big disappointment.
